Project Description

The purpose, operational approach, and digital value delivered by the hatchery management software project developed for Phivax India.

The Phivax hatchery management software project was developed to manage hatchery facilities, companies, users, service providers, and audit processes through a centralized, traceable, and scalable digital structure.

What was the objective of the project?

The main objective was to manage hatchery facilities, corporate users, companies, service providers, spare parts, and audit records in an organized way within a single system, while providing fast access to operational information.

What approach was adopted?

The management panel was designed with a role-based user structure, summary dashboard cards, modular menus, and clear data flows. Hatchery facilities and technical and mechanical audits were made traceable through separate modules.

Centralized Facility Management

The hatchery management system brought facility, company, and user data together within a single central structure.

Traceable Audit Processes

Technical and mechanical audits were standardized, enabling historical records to be monitored in an organized way.

Role-Based User Management

The duties and access permissions of users with different authorization levels were configured securely.

Scalable Software Architecture

A flexible infrastructure was created to support the growth of company, facility, service provider, and spare-parts modules.

What does this project offer businesses?

The Phivax project is a corporate, industry-specific software solution that enables operational data belonging to different facilities and stakeholders to be managed centrally, audit histories to be tracked, and decision-making processes to be conducted in a more organized manner.

This project is an industry-specific software example that brings together hatchery operations, facility management, user authorization, and technical audit processes within an integrated digital infrastructure.
